Mark as Useful I'm just sick of this caller. They call, I answer and get a machine with a message in another language and when I call back, the message states that it's disconnected. How do we stop this?

Mark as Useful Man calls my brother in law stating that I owe for a loan I have never recieved. Extremely threatening and abusive. I know for a FACT this is a SCAM as I have not recieved any loans from anybody!!! Someone needs to stop these people!!!!
